Cluster Connects SMS Policy

Cluster Connects is a staff-only reservation and customer guidance management system. This page explains how transactional SMS messages are used by the service. The main application is available only to authorized shop staff and is protected by login.

Service overview

Cluster Connects helps authorized shop staff manage reservations, customer guidance, customer confirmations, and related operational communication.

The customer-facing public website is limited because the operational system is not a consumer application. Staff access requires authentication.

SMS use case

Message type: transactional only.
Destination country: Japan only.
Sender ID: CLUSTER.
Marketing, promotional, or advertising SMS messages are not sent.

Recipients and opt-in

SMS messages are sent only to customers who provided a phone number during a reservation, inquiry, or customer guidance workflow. Staff confirm whether SMS contact is allowed before sending reservation-related messages.

Opt-out and suppression

Customers can request not to receive SMS messages by contacting the shop or staff. Once requested, the customer is marked as SMS_NG in the system and is excluded before any SMS API call is made.

Operational controls

Message category	Reservation confirmation, reservation updates, customer guidance confirmation, and related transactional notices.
Excluded content	No marketing, promotional offers, advertisements, or unrelated announcements are sent by SMS.
Phone number handling	Phone numbers are used only for transactional SMS delivery. Logs and administrative history use masked values where possible.
Suppression	Customers marked as SMS_NG are filtered out before an SMS provider API request is made.
System access	The operational application is restricted to authorized staff accounts and is not publicly browsable.

The examples above are reservation-related transactional messages. The exact wording may vary, but SMS content is limited to operational customer guidance and reservation confirmation.

送信対象と同意

SMSは、予約、問い合わせ、または顧客案内の流れで電話番号を提供した顧客にのみ送信します。店舗スタッフは、予約関連のSMSを送信する前に、SMS連絡が可能かどうかを確認します。

配信停止と抑止

顧客は店舗または担当スタッフへ連絡することで、SMSを受け取らないよう依頼できます。依頼後はシステム上でSMS_NGとして管理され、SMS APIを呼び出す前に送信対象から除外されます。

運用管理

メッセージ種別	予約確認、予約内容の更新、顧客案内の確認、および関連する取引・業務上の通知です。
送信しない内容	マーケティング、販促、広告、または予約・案内と無関係なお知らせはSMSで送信しません。
電話番号の扱い	電話番号は取引・業務連絡SMSの配信にのみ使用します。ログや管理履歴では、可能な限りマスクされた値を使用します。
送信抑止	SMS_NGとして管理されている顧客は、SMS provider APIへリクエストする前に除外されます。
システムアクセス	業務用アプリケーションは認証済みスタッフアカウントに限定され、公開状態では閲覧できません。
